Standing up for people and planet.

The Green Claim was founded in 2020 to pursue collective actions on behalf of Dutch victims of the Dieselgate scandal against car manufacturers. Since then, the foundation has broadened its mission to include actions for the environment and the climate more generally. Under the motto “Global Challenges, Local Action”, we work together with local organisations. Together with residents living near Chemours in Dordrecht, we have established the PFAS Vrij Green Claim foundation to bring a collective action against PFAS contamination in the Zuid-Holland Zuid region. In doing so, we are giving effect to our renewed mission: organising collective actions for the environment and the climate.
